We definitely have a tonneau cover and ladder rack combination available for your 2020 Toyota Tacoma with the 6' bed, but unfortunately you won't be able to utilize a headache rack with it due to the design of the cover.

It sounds like you have an accessory like the B&W Custom Headache Rack # BWPUCP7500WA that requires your F-350's lighting signals to operate. Items like lighted hitch covers, headache racks and other aftermarket items with lights such as mud flaps will require the lighting signals found on a 4-pole trailer wiring harness.

I'd be more than happy to help! Here is what I found:
Red - # STL111RB (x2)
Amber - # STL111AB (x2)
White - # BUL111CB (x2)
PVC Grommet - # a70gb (x6)
Pigtail - # A47PB or # A45PB (x6)
These lights all match and measure 6-7/16" wide x 2-5/16" tall x 15/16" deep but the grommet will take up the rest of the space that you measured. Just be sure to only connect 1 of the wires for each function depending on how you're wanting it all to operate.
